What is Hypnotherapy?
Hypnotherapy is a means of guiding and inducing a person into a state of heightened suggestion. This allows one to access their own subconcious mind in order to deal with anxiety and phobias, and to stop unwanted behaviour – from smoking to weight gain.
Sessions are available for either individuals or groups. Group sessions are geared towards relaxation or automatic writing, while individual sessions often focus on encouraging life changes.
